Fortran Package Manager

First released in March 2020 as an open-source Haskell project written by Archaeologic employee Brad Richardson, fpm grew within a few months into a community-developed tool (re)written in modern Fortran. Because fpm discovers internal dependencies and handles external C or Fortran dependencies, writing the TOML file that drives the process is trivial for many projects. And because fpm is written in the language of its users, modifying or customizing it is feasible for any experienced Fortran programmer.
